There is a huge rock near a gravel
pit on Hwy. 25 in Rural Iowa. For
generations, kids have painted slogans,
names, and obscenities on this rock,
changing its character many times. Since
receiving its last paint job, it has been
left completely undisturbed.
It's quite an impressive site, as you can
see by the photos below, taken at multiple
angles. The first photo gives you an idea of
the size of the rock, as the artist Ray
"Bubba" Sorensen, stands beside his work. |
